Fine 19th C. Norwegian dagger maker marked

    Description

    A very example of a 19th C. Norwegian dagger in the traditional style with an interesting uncommon crossguard. The blade is maker marked to I Revelin and Lars / Bergen. The scabbard has a finely aged brass chape, and is mounted in grey sharkskin of pleasing appearance. Overall length is 13 1/2, with an 8 blade.
