    Description

    A massive example of these late 19th C. Chinese or more typically described as Mongolian swords. This example is beautifully inlaid with large lapis lazuli panels and coral beads. The handle and scabbard are of beautifully decorated and chiseled silver of very fine quality.

    The blade is iron and displays age wear and needs to be cleaned. A fine example of these types of swords likely made for presentation.
