A very nice 19th C. shamshir with greek silver mounted handle in the Epiros style. This example has a very nice handle mounted with silver wire work and an eagle head pommel. The blade displays a very nice wootz pattern throughout showing a hardened edge of darker color. Overall condition is very nice and the sword is completely tight.

Overall length is 34", blade is 30".
