Status: Sold · Region: Middle East, Ottoman Turkey, Persia · Type: Swords

A nice 19th C. Ottoman yataghan sword. This example has a nicely chased and repoussed scabbard, with what appears to be a lacquered red wood in between as opposed to the usual leather.
