A nice early 20th c. Philippine Moro kris sword with a serious fighting damascus blade. The blade is very well made and very sharp, this thing was made to draw blood, and displays a very interesting true layered steel pattern which is original to the example. The handle and scabbard are mounted with very nice mother of pearl plaques and the handle has an inscription to an American soldier "for chivalry". It definitely represents an interesting episode in history.

29", blade is 23"
