Rare Model 1725 Austrian Hungarian Cuirassiers Pallasch Sword

A very fine Model 1725 Austrian officers or NCO's pallasch sword. This example is in excellent original condition with the original sharkskin handle and gilded brass fittings. The blade is very finely formed of interesting construction with an 8 sided rhomboid and then a 6 sided rhomboid cross- section. Totally tight with no shaking. It is possible the pallash is an 18th C. Saxon pallasch but judging by the shape and the sharkskin it is likely to be Model 1725 Austrian pallasch.
