RARE Model 1871 German Jager bayonet hirschfanger

Name: RARE Model 1871 German Jager bayonet hirschfanger
Brand: Arms and Antiques

Status: Sold · Region: Europe · Type: Other

Just a great and original Model 1871 Hirschfanger presentation bayonet. This example is nearly pristine condition with almost 99% of the gold gilding in perfect condition. The handle is in nearly perfect condition as is the scabbard. The frog appears to be original to this kind of bayonet but the leather is a bit weak.

However, in this condition a very rare German bayonet.
