A very rare 16 th C. Koto blade mounted in very fine WWII officers mounts of the best quality, with a pierced and gilt tsuba and fine other fittings. The blade is unsigned and is straight with a nice temper line that can be seen. The blade has a few issues which are best seen in the pictures but for a rare blade and very nice fittings the price is fair and negotiable. Overall length is 38, blade cutting edge is 25 1/2.
