About Us

We began our collection in 1997 and it is currently located in New York City and Los Angeles.  We focus on curating only the most unique high quality representative pieces of arms and armor from around the world. Our passion is for the arms and armor of the Eastern world, with a focus on India and the Islamic world, and arms and armor from such areas as China, Tibet, South East Asia, and Korea.  Occasionally we obtain objects of particular beauty and rarity from other regions such as Japan, Europe, and the Americas.

As long standing researchers in the field of arms and armor, we are called upon by museums and private collectors to build, research, and catalog important collections of arms and armor, including eastern arms and armor in the Smithsonian’s Department of Anthropology and the Peabody Museum, Harvard University.  We believe it is important to share our decades of experience and knowledge in Eastern arms and armor with collectors and institutions around the world, and pieces sold by us or in our private collection can be found published in reference volumes on Eastern arms.
