A gorgeous and beefy 18th C. left hand dagger. This example remains in very fine condition and has a thick quadrangular cross-section blade with a thumb space at the ricasso. The color of the metal is yellowish from having been covered in a layer of cosmoline but this has preserved it for the past several hundred years. Otherwise condition is fabulous and all parts are original to each other, not a composite. Overall length is 19, blade is 13.
