Fine Model 1881 1909 Imperial Russian Officers Sword Shashka Sword Zlatoust Tsar Nicholas II русская шашка

An excellent example of a Model 1909 Imperial Russian officers shashka sword. This example comes with the original scabbard in very fine condition. The handle mounts and scabbard mounts have a fine patina. The sword was made by the renowned Zlatoust (ЗЛАТОУСТ) armory as can be seen by finely made inscription at the forte of the blade. At the base of the blade you can see the Nicholas II marking as well as the double headed eagle, both of which are of very fine quality.
