A beautifully made pre-WWII Polish naval honor dagger. The blade is not maker marked as is standard for these types of daggers. The condition is superb and the etching crisp. A full-size example of this dagger can be seen on p. 31 of A Guide to Military Dress Daggers by Kurt Glemser. Yellow celluloid grip has the Polish eagle attached. Scabbard leather is in excellent condition and has a Polish naval anchor attached. Attached to the scabbard rings is a high- quality set of blue leather hangers with brass hardware, to include the small rings and two upper belt loops.
